30. Their job is to take money from us

Enforced compliance with too many loopholes. A tax system that couldn't be cheated would make the whole thing fairer and would raise more revenue. I know they are necessary (and as a Federal employee my salary comes from tax dollars) but when people can use the system to pay little or nothing it's unjust.
