levels that make decent housing unfordable to vast portions of the American population.
2. A unsustainable speculation driven casino economy where the path to fortune is speculating on speculating rather than making or selling real stuff
3. Higher education becoming increasingly unfordable for vast portions of the American population - requiring that most of those who can obtain higher education to enter the work market in a condition boarder-lining on indentured servitude.
4. An unsustainable military empire and the war driving economy that comes along with it
