Is mailing of hand prepared tax forms now prohibited? Those of us above a certain age did them that way for years.

H&R Block & Intuit are the major lobbying firms that are keeping taxes complex.

Companies view their IT departments the same way, it doesn't generate revenue, just a cost center.
