8. We all know that "budget proposal" will be stupid

Because Arrington is mud level stupid.

What's amusing is that McCarthy is also stupid, but not so stupid as to trust what Arrington will let loose, and he certainly suspects it won't turn out well. Which indicates a bit of glimmer of a light behind those dead eyes of his.

I'm almost afraid to think that Kev might be the smartest of the very stupid people in Congress.

Is that an example of damning with faint praise?
