17. We do actually have a fairly severe disadvantage when it comes to gerrymandering

Since our voters are more concentrated in small areas while theirs are spread out, it is harder for us to gerrymander. We have to break up our cities in order to so do, and that both looks bad and irritates the residents of those cities.
