To notice that glam rock and disco had a long list of, shall we say, "sexually fluid" artists and bands, including David Bowie, Elton John, New York Dolls, Slade, and Sylvester. There were more, but I have too much of a headache right now to think of them all.

And don't get me started on the 80s.

How anyone can think sexual fluidity in rock and pop music is something new boggles my mind. Either too many morons weren't paying attention at the time, or are too stupid about music history to know how common it's been, for a very long time.
