to understand what he created and whether he and others on the USSC will do the right thing with this motion.

I also wonder what action Biden will immediately take if the USSC drags its feet or denies the motion. IMO, having exhausted all legal remedies this would be the time for Biden to tell the judiciary to screw their unlawful orders and because the judiciary has no enforcement authority, to authorize non-compliance with the orders. Put the burden on these RWNJ judges to figure out what to do when the people push back.
