Called them and asked about it. They have it, but its in a database not searchable by the public. So, you have to know of the book to request it, rather than just searching for it yourself.
New one on me.

Perhaps the book got damaged when some christian urinated on it. Could be innocent removal

Seems to me they may have broken the law if a book was removed without due process.
