1. Disintegration into territories

Some states will ignore SCOTUS at some point. TX and FL already write their own laws. TX courts at the Federal level and state courts in rulings, and don't seem too bent on fealty to the national rulings.

We are 20 Democratic Senators and a House Majority from impeaching 3 Justices. Shame and ridicule are more likely tools of removal. When corruption becomes too obvious, will it matter? If Gorsuch actually cast a deciding vote with the majority in a ruling favoring his benefactor, would anyone pay attention? Would that be a bridge too far?
