Expand the Court.

This requires retaking the House in 2024, expanding the Senate majority so that the filibuster can be eliminated (ie: get rid of the Manchin/Sinema roadblock), and obviously holding the White House.

I think that all of these are well within reach NOW, not even taking into account the effect of the indictments that are about to rain down on the historically corrupt Republican Party.

But assuming this can he done, the first order of business in 2025 should be changing 28 USC 1 to set the number of SCOTUS Justices to 13. Then fill those seats immediately and begin to fix the damage the current Packed Court has wrought.
