Other than the vaccine idiocy (which is not, contrary to popular belief, confined to the right side of the political spectrum), his politics are left-of-center.

The problem, of course, is that his vaccine idiocy is the center of his universe, which negates anything positive he's done and disqualifies him from serious consideration for, well, anything.
