91. Yeah, I had LASIK surgery. I remember that clock on the far wall.

They pointed it out to me as we were getting set for the surgery, and I could only see a blur on the wall at the other end of the room. They said “we’re gonna ask you about it afterwards.”

And they did. And when they tilted the surgical chair back upright, they said “can you see that clock on the wall?” And without even thinking, I blurted out the time (“it’s 10:40.”). And then I gasped. And then I cried!

And they smiled and said - “they all do that!”

What an amazing day that was!!!
