It's just one of many fucking gang signs worn by the pail of excrement (much better description than basket of deplorables). Other patches and stickers that are flashed around include that insipid Punisher logo and the DEVGRU Calico Jack. Also, if you see an F-150 sporting a Molon Labe sticker, you have an almost 100% chance that there's a Sig Sauer or Glock in the glove compartment.
