15. I appreciate the frustration

and years ago before I retired from federal government, I have had to deal with our local DOJ (providing evidence) as our agency, like most, are not "enforcement" but are "regulatory", where we had to rely on DOJ to file the paperwork for seizures and injunctions, etc. They even had a "template" that we would fill out and run through our own office of legal counsel, to forward to them to be finalized, and used in filings.
