I never said all shootings were avoidable. I quite clearly said that avoiding certain high risk situations greatly reduced the risk and that they were largely avoidable.
Certainly you know the difference between largely and entirely?

No. But yes for Covid concern. Will increase my going out to more places that I've gone to pre-2020
