as to be almost ho-hum. (And incidentally has been since about - the invention of the wheel? Seriously - there're stories of Amish kids 'recklessly' racing buggies and wagons. Generally without killing multiple individuals - but with absolutely the same mind-set.)

It's tragic certainly. But it's also absolutely predictable.
