(58,785 posts)5. Well, advise not holding your breath while hoping yours don't
return to your back yard. Florida's climate and geography alone are not ever even acquired tastes for some, and many people who come so hopefully return to the family and friends they left.

I read that in 25 years or so vast parts of Florida will be uninsurable.
