She obtained an employment attorney to fight her suspension.
Anyone who has ever been through a suspension, especially in certain fields would get an attorney unless they have union representation.

I'm not here to argue about what happened. I don't know and I don't think we'll ever know the full story. The only thing I'm pointing out is that it's an employment attorney, not a PR onslaught and it was a smart move.
