Mr. McCarthy has claimed that California "allows abortions after birth..."

I would like to invite him to meet me in California. I would like to talk that over with him.......

I don't believe in late term abortions unless the mother is at risk. That said it is impossible for any woman to have an "abortion after birth" It is impossible to abort a child that has already come into the world. You cannot abort a birthed baby!
