The debt ceiling is off the table during the election.
Spending isnt cut.
Defense spending behaves the way it normally does.
A program that already has work requirements still has work requirements.
Biden loses a couple gains from the IRA - one of which was probably DOA because Manchin felt betrayed over it already.
And the global economy doesnt collapse.

It was 49 before now 54...not much different and it sunsets too...so not permanent.
