and it is the same crowd that looks down their nose at the people of far less means. I come from a background of nothing and I saw everybody around me struggle hard just to have food and a roof over their head. All of us humans with faults to be sure but on their worst day those folks were still far better people than those country club people will ever be. You could count on the ones struggling to help you even with what little they had for themselves. Meanwhile you could count on the country club folks to be thinking of how they could put a boot on your neck in order to put dollars in their pockets.
