22. If The Jury Actually Considers The Evidence, Yes

The problem is, I'm worried that one MAGAt will lie their way onto the jury and refuse to even LOOK at the evidence.

The nice thing about this being a criminal case, though, is that even if a MAGAt gets on the jury and causes a hung jury, the DOJ will almost assuredly re-try the case. Hung juries in small cases are almost always tantamount to acquittals because the prosecutors have neither the time nor the money to re-try the case a second time. The DOJ has unlimited funds and manpower, so even if a MAGAt hangs the jury, the DOJ will definitely go after him again.

I think Trump is going to do his typical delaying tactic, hoping against hope that he can wait out the trial until he gets a new DOJ that will drop the case against him. I think that's highly unlikely, because I don't believe that people will vote for someone under all these indictments, so he's going to have to wait a minimum of 5 years for a new DOJ. He'll be dead by then.
