3. They're going after the Latino and Black vote for 2014 and 2016.

They don't give a damn about them, but they need their votes to win elections in the upcoming midterm and presidential elections if they ever want to win back power.

They know, according to their research, that Blacks are pretty conservative when it comes to social issues, and so are Latinos. They're hoping to siphon off just enough of them into their party so they can continue to disenfranchise them while catering to their corporate masters.

That's what this is about. At their core, they haven't changed ONE iota. It's just all about repackaging (complete with bows and ribbons) and remarketing the badly damaged Republican brand.
