Repeatedly breached professional ethics. Easily proven. Done deal.

I’d rather seen him tried for treason, given a fair trial, found guilty and hanged for being a treasonous bastard. If he hangs until he dies, I say scratch the disbarment proceedings, let him die as a lawyer as a tribute to Shakespeare.
