of us knew it was coming. My speculation on when was the most accurate, I suppose. I'm lucky in that I've played a small part in a couple federal court cases, and had patient people explain to me how it works, and recommend numerous resources to study. Our legal system isn't perfect, of course, since human beings are involved. But when it works, it is a thing of beauty. It held under the years of attack, and we are witnessing it in the context of one of, if not the, most important cases in history.
