17. Time for serious Reconstruction

Yup, let'm vote on it. If the majority are actually idiotic to vote to secede, then let Reconstruction return - militarily. Lots of African American and Hispanic troops. Oh, and they'll lose their Senators and 36 representatives in the US House. Uh oh... Boner is no longer Majority Leader!

Then President Obama will have a majority in all 3 elected branches...and can appoint his selection of governing persons from the natives of the occupied territory. Heh. Don't think the baggers thought of that, did they?
