gods having a hand in the whole thing (remembering Wolf Blitzer interviewing tornado survivors and was so used to everyone thanking the Lord that he automatically asked a woman if she thanked the Lord but she was an atheist and they giggled).

All these fires, floods, tornados, hurricanes, storms, heat waves are so common now, the Lord would be awfully busy deciding who was going to live or die.
