He's spent his life telling contractors to fuck off when their payments came due. It's the reason he's been involved in more law suits than any other human being on the planet. Virtually everyone who has sued him ended up settling for a fraction of what they were owed.

Maybe the Orange Beast better call Saul. (But I doubt that even Saul would deal with this lifelong grifter.)
