The "middle" has a secondary meaning. Bidenomics currently is putting special focus on "growing" prosperity of communities in the middle of the country that've been geographically disadvantaged compared to coastal states.

Think about it. I mean literal sense, think about that. It’s about your dignity, how you’re treated, and being able to make a living and you can tell your kids it’s going to be okay.

Empowering workers. I like that A LOT. Empowered workers are equal regardless of race, gender, etc. They're protected by the legal system, able to deal with the labor market from a position of power, and paid what their work is worth.

Btw, so far the BIL we wrote and passed has, alone, created over 35,000 infrastructure-related projects all over the nation. They're designed to multitask by bringing money, jobs, training to their communities, fighting climate change, promoting equality and opportunity.
