$5 million. Because within that venn diagram are citizens and voters most affected by real world US policies, laws, and regulations.
People who are selfish, hypocritical douchbags or exceedingly wealthy tend to play in their own realities, and they have no problems screwing over most Americans for their own egos.

On edit: adding a few qualifiers to allow people to understand my definition of douchbags.
