I didn't say we'd agreed. I said we consider.
We'll figure out how long it will take to remove all US resources from Texas and how much Texas has to pay for us to do it.
We'll present them with the bills.
We'll send out the notices which proceed pink notices to people who will no longer be employed.
Surely the state would have to schedule a vote on the matter.
But people really should be informed about their vote.
BTW, those natural resources in your state.
They belong to us. We paid Mexico for everything.
However we are willing to let you buy the land back just not what is underneath the surface.
We expect to be paid for the highways and airports we built.
Military facilities will have to be paid for or we'll just continue to control them as we do in the rest of the world.
