..... penalties he will get and BTW if he wanted views of NYC he could have built his house in a different
location and 5 months out of the year he can see NYC when the leaves are down. NYC's light pollution
can be seen year round @ night too.

The bottom pictures of the white "out building," the new 4 to 6' fence, and the neighbor are pretty
damning.
