against "Republicans" that looks exactly like RW hatemongering against "Democrats, that sounds like a good thing.

Kos of course draws a fair portion of people who've been swept up in this era's extremism and factional hostilities and prefer the satisfactions of the mob to the grim responsibilities everyone else have to somehow get us back to something like normal.
