It is a very real issue with some heightened risk, but only if someone is:

1. An undocumented immigrant
Or
2. Runaways and children who have fallen though the cracks of the foster care/protective services system

For anyone else, for people living in normal, stable family situations, the chances that their child is simply snatched off the street for some trafficking ring like some bad Liam Neeson movie are basically Powerball winning odds.

Moreover, all the Q-Anon and Q-Anon Adjacent people who are spreading panic and fear that everyone's kids are being snatched away for sex-trafficking or organ harvesting are making it far more hard for people trying to combat legitimate human trafficking (see above) to do their job.
