6. What is their legal justification? Fascists are taking over.

Just because abortion is illegal in their state, it's not illegal for a woman to go to another state to get one, is it? So how can they pursue info there? How do they even know whose records to request? Every day I hear MAGAts doing more appalling, illegal, fascists things. We've lost the SCOTUS, and have fascists interfering with the operation of the government in the House and Senate. It's terrifying.
