dem seat vacated well might end up R again. For example, look at what happened to Kansas when Governor Kathleen Sebelius left her governorship to become Secretary of Health and Human Services ... the KS gov. went even further RW. In fact, if any further RW, they'll have to fly a teabag as the state of KS flag.
