I am seriously depressed....I can't make myself leave the house. [View all]

Hi DU family.

As I'm sure many of you know, I live in Phoenix.

Yes, it's hot in summer, yes, I'm depressed every summer at this time.

But this time....I feel like I'm going to lose my mind.

We are on day....20? 21? Of 110+ degree days in a row with no end in sight.

Today is supposed to be 116, tomorrow 117, Friday 118. And on, and on, and on.....

I've been laid up with an injury since Sunday (no worries, I'm OK) but today I was going to go back to work and I just can't leave the house. I can barely make myself leave the bed.

I just don't know what to do.
