22. this is basically caviezel trying to revive a long dead career by appealing to the crazies.

he's long known to be a nut bag and alone got him the cold shoulder in hollywood. rightly so.

but now, he sees gigantic dollar signs and he's grabbing at it with both hands.

the "most popular" movie at the box office is a bullshit term. for two reasons: 1) crazy caviezel makes a pledge to the marginal thinkers in the audience, at the end of the movie, to by $75 bucks of tickets to give out to friends. 2) like rebukes do with their door stop books, they are buying up blocks of tickets to inflate the actual attendance numbers. several movie theaters have reported sold out shows with zero audiences actually attending.
