communicated or met with the rioters before hand, specifically the Proud Boys, Oathkeepers and others with a plan to stop the certification of the election and perhaps bring about a situation where he could declare Martial Law.
Trump well knew what sending the crowd to the Capitol would result in.

The only open question for me is if Jack Smith has enough evidence to indict him for this?
