This is a threat, just the thing the Judge told him not to do. I'll bet he doesn't like being told what to do by a female Judge. Anyone else threaten jurors or Judge, he'd be put in jail. Why should he get special handling? Jack needs to motion for the jurors to be specially sheltered.
