59. My feeling is he is purposely trying to provoke hearings

about statements like this and the ensuing appeals afterward up through the chain all while claiming the trial must be delayed until all of the many appeals are completely dealt with. They will get to the point of motioning the trial judge on literally anything just so they once again drag it all out by appealing the denial of the umpteenth frivolous claim. Delay, delay, delay.
