If the current lawyer wants to keep Mini-Capone from violating terms of his personal recognizance bond, what should he do?

The answer is simple, the execution is difficult:

Don’t let the client post threatening messages with his phone (likely) on Truth effin’ Social.

At least take away his phone like a bad teenager, even if it becomes a physical struggle. Any lawyer with any brains knows the traitor will post because he’s uncontrollable by himself. He just grabs his phone and does whatever he wants. That’s the line in the sand—take away the phone or make friends under the bus with the rest of the star-struck lawyers.
