I haven't agreed with several SCOTUS Justices. Over the years (cough, cough, Scalia). But I'd always considered them mostly ethical. Thomas and his revealed actions have destroyed that image. I compare his to Kagan who wouldn't accept bagels from a friend and I just shake my head.
