11. WFH is here to stay.

Or at least a hybrid WFH schedule. Maybe if wages had kept up with inflation, people might be more enthusiastic, but WFH saves a lot of people a lot of money. I know it's expensive to retrofit buildings to affordable living spaces, but it's what's needed.
