The judge doesn't need to sanction him, he's doing himself in. He might as well just post "I'm guilty as hell and you all know it."

The justice system is moving along steadily and deliberately. Meanwhile Trump is over in the corner acting like he's having a toddler tantrum multiple times a day. It's tedious, and not a good look for him. Even his fans know it.
