At the federal level, Smith is thought to be readying separate indictments of up to 20 individuals including the unindicted coconspirators on separate charges.

Tfg wouldn't be included in those charges, and they wouldn't be added to the ones he is charged with. That way he is the only defendent in that trial.

Plenty of criming to go around. It's possible they will be at the kids table if that is what Smith is up to.

Willis may also bring separate charges outside of the Rico network l and bring them in then.
