The Biden administration and the German ministry of defense are waffling about sending their respective longer-range ATACMS and Taurus missiles to Ukraine. Bureaucrats in both countries are soiling themselves about Ukraine using those weapons to bring home the war to Russia and are looking into placing range restrictions on them.
