33. US News currently ranks New College as #5 among public schools

That's on New College's website. Unfortunately, that is last year's ranking and students are being fooled into thinking they are getting a good deal by going there. I wonder what next year's ranking will be and whether they will post a lower ranking if they get one. I'd think that with their catalogue decimated they may not hold into #5.
