Saw him on some cable show and he just kept talking about firing underperforming workers.

Of course, the MAGAts would never include themselves, or consider themselves "underperforming", so, he's just another evil, rich, arrogant, sniveling little pissant that promises to hurt the people MAGAts hate...i.e. anyone not them.

Of course they love the little asshatted prick.

In the Navy, we would call him a "seagull manager".."flies in, starts screaming, shits everywhere, flies off"
