...is that if a Democratic sheriff decided the abortion laws, the marijuana laws, the trans athlete laws, or some other laws the Republicans like are "unconstitutional or unjust" he could just say "screw you guys, I'm not enforcing this shit" and the CSPOA would be all hunky-dory with that.
